I’m a debut author who writes intimate, character-driven love stories centered on access, consent, and care. I began in fanfiction communities & still love big feelings and earned HEAs.Aside from writing, I’m also a paralegal student. When I’m not studying, you’ll usually find me reading or lost in my next story idea. Right now, I’m hard at work perfecting this novel, and I hope it’s only the first of many to come. ♡

Would you let love pull you out of redshift?
At Gravemire University in New England, Clara Beaumont begins again after a childhood accident stole her voice. Ishan Desai, a bioengineering professor who has built his life around pain and order, does not expect her to upend it. Accustomed to isolation, both are drawn into each other's orbit as they navigate the university's system glitches, academic politics, and quiet ableism. Keys stick, lights flicker, and the observatory ticks like a patient heart.Clara is haunted by a past that lingers in every shadow, burdened by the weight of PTSD, anxiety, and a lifetime of being unseen. Ishan cloaks himself in the safety of routine, too afraid to break the quiet of his solitude. But as Gravemire’s secrets begin to unravel and whispers of doubt swirl around Clara, she finds herself at a crossroads: retreat into the dark, or fight for the place she’s fought so hard to earn. Ishan, too, must choose between the comfort of isolation and the uncertain allure of vulnerability. Their story is not one of fixing broken things, but of being truly seen—and of finding the courage to speak, even when silence feels like a refuge.

When will the book be out?
I’m working toward traditional publishing. If I don’t find the right agent, I’ll self-publish. Both paths require editing and marketing, so timing depends on that process. Updates will be shared on my socials! When did you start writing?
For as long as I can remember. I filled notebooks as a kid—my hands are much happier typing now. ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧Are you accepting beta readers?
Yes! I’m still welcoming beta readers while I finalize the direction of the book. Keep an eye on my socials for sign-ups or contact me for details. Will it be available on Kindle?
That depends on whether I go traditional or self-pub, but my goal is to make it widely available in ebook and print (and hopefully audio too). How long did it take to finish the book?
I started about two years ago and made a big push this summer to complete the draft. I’m revising now!Are Clara and Ishan based on anyone you know?
They grew from memory and invention. Ishan carries threads from my family’s realities and my own encounters with disability and ableism. Clara is entirely her own, with a few aesthetic nods to me, since this was my first novel. Can I use AI with your work?
No. Please do not feed my manuscript, art, or any related materials into AI tools. If this happens, I will blacklist the account and decline any future collaboration. Is this a series?
As of right now, it's a standalone with series potential.

Dr. Ishan Desai (38) is a leading researcher in neuroadaptive systems and repair-focused biomaterials. Brilliant and exacting, he channels his work into helping others regain what the body once took away. Quietly intense, he keeps his distance, offering precision instead of vulnerability. Growing up with hip dysplasia taught him that not everything broken can be restored. It never stopped him from trying.

Storms unsettle her. Starlight steadies her. Clara Beaumont (27) accepts a research position at Gravemire and trades isolation for telescopes, notebooks, and long nights beneath the constellations. She may not speak, but the sky always answers. After a childhood accident left her with permanent vocal cord damage, she communicates through written notes and ASL. Quiet, observant, and bright as a comet’s tail, she is learning that connection can be its own kind of astronomy.
